Yesterday, I caught Charlotte and Millie trying to sneak up the ramp to the chicken coop while I was collecting eggs.  I can already tell these two are going to be thick as thieves.

It would be great if you did a post on your chicken coop and showed us around :) I am contemplating building one and would love to see yours and learn more about it.

Oh my goodness, that’s too sweet! I think every person should get a puppy when they’re 2/3 years old to grow up with. There’s nothing like it. My dad brought a puppy home when I was 4 and I loved growing up with her! She’s 17 years old now and, through a series of events, is living with my aunt in another state, but it’s just amazing to have one constant canine companion in your life for such a long time. We explored the woods together, waded in the creek, chased one another in a field, curled up to watch movies on the couch, etc.

They’re adorable! The puppy looks a bit out of its element there… although your daughter certainly doesn’t. :)

Kristi - The puppy does, doesn’t she?  Lol, she’s afraid of the chickens!  They’re bigger than she is still!

What a sweet photo. They are definitely going to be great friends and co-conspirators. :)

You’ve got a dangerous duo.  I bet your puppy would love to get in there and chase chickens.  Charlotte will figure out how much fun it is to watch soon enough…
