Good thing she’s cute.

My daughter has this uncanny ability to only sneeze out giant green boogers when hovering directly over my breakfast cereal.

Now THAT is a talent she can take with her for life.

    Oh my! No fun!

I have the worst booger story ever. When babysitting a beautiful 4 year old boy, he sneezed directly into my open mouth, and a giant booger shot straight down my throat. I choked and choked but couldn’t get it back out and sadly had to ingest it. I was 15 and at the time it scarred me! I told his mother and she just laughed at me, which I thought was the height of insensitivity. Haha!

When my kiddos were tiny I could take most anything- vomiting and such, but when they got green mucas running out of nose it brought me to my knees. Yuck!

Our battery-operated nasal aspirator (that plays music, too, oh yes!) is one of our dearest friends around this house.  It doesn’t ALWAYS eliminate such scenarios as the one you described…but it helps cut down on them for sure.  Ahhhh, the joys of parenthood!

I LOVE digging around for snot! I’m like a chimp grooming my young. Boogers don’t phase me. LOL
