Just wait until she eats a sandwich like a sandwich instead of picking it apart to eat the pieces. Heart. Melt.

ah yes…it must be nice to have such a calm eater. my guy can’t stand or sit still with that container in his hand. so his yogurting is highly supervised. who knew yogurt eating could teach a woman so much patience?

She is getting hair like a real human…....your baby is about to disappear. :( But she will get even better. :) Onward to hairbows and hairbands and…....hopefully braids.

Oh, heaven help us if we try to help Emmeline with her yogurt. “Do it! Do it!“ which means, “I’ll do it my own damn self!“ is all you get if you come near her spoon while she is eating her yogurt!

Not totally related… but I love that dress!

My Henry loves yogurt and has gotten much better about not being so messy with it. He usually his spoon good.
I love the dress she has on in these pictures! I miss little girl clothes.
-
My 2 year old still is not very good about eating yogurt yet. She likes to pretend its lotion and rub it all over her legs.
-
Bree - LOL! Charlotte pretends its paint sometimes and spreads it all over. I have an art cabinet set up in the kitchen right now (at least until we move it to the garage) and she goes in and gets paper to ‘paint’ yogurt on if she’s done eating sometimes!

Haha, it has become paint as well. She likes to paint her table and chairs with it, such a silly little child she is.

i know what you mean.
the first time Alice tried, a part of me decided that she would “never ever again be left with a yoghurt and a spoon inside the house”... but then, she was so pround of the ONE spoonful she actually managed to eat.
and now she can manage it much better. however, she wont accept my help anymore with yoghurt, even when she desperately needs it.
