We have a winner. And a cute airplane.
March 05, 2010

Congratulations, Carrie!  I hope you enjoy it!  And an enormous thank-you to Annick Press for working with me to make this review and giveaway a possibility in the first place!

Everybody else?  Please try again next week!  Also, please keep spreading the word and letting me know if you have any ideas to make the whole project run more smoothly.  I appreciate all of it, I really do!

To purchase this book: You can buy Leo’s Tree through Amazon.com (that link uses my affiliate code) or locate a local retailer through Indie Bound.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have something very important to attend to today.  And that something is called “airplaning the baby around the house until my arms are so thoroughly exhausted that they fall off.“

Charlotte makes the most adorable airplane that I have ever seen.

Have you considered reciprocating for those people who have added the Odin button to their websites? might be a good idea to make a page on your site to list the people who are participating to get traffic to their sites as well.

The winner part is nice, but I happen to like the airplane part better.

Probably because I wasn’t the winner.  And also because the airplane is pretty stinkin’ cute.

Tracy - Ooh, that’s a good idea!!  Let me see what I can do!  I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of that.

Congrats, Carrie!  This book is great!  I work at a library so I just went upstairs and checked this one out to read to my sweet girl tonight! Thanks for selecting it, Sarah.

    Congrats to Carrie !

hey, are you getting insane arm muscles too ???

  9. By Sarah Christensen on March 08, 2010

Emilie - YES!  My dad calls them the guns lol.  The strangest thing is that I’m leaning out more and more and putting on more and more muscle, so my pre-pregnancy clothes are starting to fit differently in the shoulders.

Also, my muscle distribution is increasingly uneven.  Apparently I use my left arm more than my right to carry her.  Which is probably because I’m right-handed, so I need that arm free to do things like make breakfast, but I really have to start remembering to switch it up or else it’s going to start looking ridiculous.
